It has been quite a while since we have been able to cook an elaborate dinner for multiple guests. We've been craving the ability to share our love of cooking, and get to enjoy watching diners dig into our work. We are excited to announce that we are finally able to get back in the kitchen with our good friend William Preisch again! Will was Joel's business partner and co-chef at their restaurant Holdfast for years. He currently is the chef/innkeeper at Abbey Road Farm in Carlton, Oregon.
On May 16th join us for a night of wine and food out at Abbey Road Farm. We'll be utilizing the vegetable garden around us and a little open fire cooking to kick off the Summer season. As opposed to the 9 course format that Holdfast used to follow, for this meal we will be creating a combination of canapes, intricate dishes, and even family style service at times. It's not Holdfast per se, but you'll probably recognize at least a couple of favorite throw backs if you ever were able to dine with us. We will be seating outdoors and have ample table spacing. Tickets are limited and just like the old days, we expect seats will sell fast.
Dinner is $200 per person, which includes your beverage pairing.
